Of course, this diversity also means that merchant fees and charges can vary between different services, and on this page we endeavour to explain these as best we can so that you can make an informed decision regarding the most appropriate payment method for you.

Direct Deposit

This can usually either be performed in person, or through the internet banking service provided by your financial institution. The account details are provided below, and please be sure to use the provided reference number provided on your invoice for the transaction description.

You can pay your invoice online at any time through this link, where you will find a simple – and of course secure – form provided by Ezidebit (one of Australia’s leading payment gateways). To complete the process, you will require the biller code and reference number provided on your invoice. Fees associated with this service are:

Transaction Fee:         $0.25

Merchant surcharge:  MasterCard and Visa – 2.2%

                                         American Express – 4.4%

Pay by Phone:

If you prefer to pay over the phone, you can call 1300 369 187 at any day or time you find convenient. The automated billing system will talk you through the process, which will require the biller code and reference number provided on your invoice.

Pay by Cheque:

Should you choose this option, please make out a non-transferrable cheque payable to Business Wise (Australia), and deliver to our office or post to PO Box 5775, Red Hill Rockhampton QLD 4701

Automated Repayments:

As we provide ongoing services to the majority of our clients, we have found that being able to provide automated fortnightly or monthly repayment schedules to be mutually beneficial through cash flow stability and reduced administrative effort. If you are interested in moving to such a model we would love to hear from you!

We also understand that sometimes bills arrive at the worst possible time, and in these cases we can help setup affordable repayment schedules. Fees and Charges vary, so if you are interested in this option please contact us to discuss.
